Pool Closed Sign

Update: Based on the homeowner survey results and state staffing requirements, we will not be opening the pool for the 2020 season.

This afternoon, Governor Walz announced that swimming pools in Minnesota could reopen at 50% capacity as early as June 10th, dependent on final approval from the local health inspector, who must perform an annual inspection of each pool prior to opening. We have been anticipating this news for weeks as the state reopens. We have taken steps to prepare so the pool is ready to open following an inspection. Since the association must abide by the 50% capacity requirement until further restrictions are lifted, we are working with your Board to finalize how the association will comply with those requirements while allowing residents to enjoy the pool. More details will follow early next week. Remember, social distancing is still in effect, so thank you in advance for your cooperation as we work to reopen your pool.

Thank you for your patience.
