One of the attractions of condominium living to many owners is the fact that there are Rules and Regulations which will be enforced by the Association. With a large number of homes on a relatively small property, and with persons sharing the use of common property such as roadways, grounds, and amenities, Rules and Regulations play a vital role in ensuring that the rights of all concerned are protected. When they purchase their home, each owner agrees to abide by the Rules adopted by their democratically-elected Board of Directors. One of the contributions that each owner can make to their Association is to respect and voluntarily comply with the Association’s Rules and Regulation.
