Cody is the best one to contact regarding insurance claims or for overall concerns. Please note that if you have a rules violation complaint, you MUST submit a written complaint to our office (e-mail is fine).

Carol is the best one to talk to for general information when you are selling your home, need general insurance information, have maintenance or architectural issues at your Unit, landscaping and grounds maintenance concerns, or in response to receiving a rule violation letter. If you wish to appeal a rule violation letter, please note that your appeal MUST be in writing (e-mail is fine) so that it can be forwarded to the Board of Directors for a decision. If Carol is not able to help you, you will then be referred to Jim.
Bookkeeper – Melissa Fehrman 763.512.4324 mfehrman@omega-mgt.com
If you have a question regarding your account balance, monthly statement, or payment information, contact Melissa. If your account has gone into collection status, then you should speak with Karen Majzner.

Karen becomes involved if your account has been turned over to an attorney for collection.
The Emergency After Hours Number is 952.936.4030. Again, this is an emergency number and should be used for that purpose only. All other concerns should be directed to Omega Management. Omega’s regular hours of operation are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday-Friday, however, you may leave a voicemail after hours.
