The Board of Directors has selected Omega Property Management to manage the property. Omega has been our managing agent since April 1995. For more information on the services they provide, you can access their website at www.omega-mgt.com.

Below is a list of the Omega Property Management employees who work with your Association, including their extensions and e-mails. We encourage e-mail as it aids in the process of best serving you and provides documentation.
For faster service on routine requests, Homeowners and Residents should direct all requests to email@example.com first or call 763.449.9100 to create a ticket. Help us help you – do not add or CC aditional people on the management team, it will only slow down your request.

Jim is the best one to contact regarding insurance claims or for overall concerns. Please note that if you have a rules violation complaint, you MUST submit a written complaint to our office (e-mail is fine).
Property Services Coordinator – Carol Crosby 763.512.4331 email@example.com
Carol is the best one to talk to for general information when you are selling your home, need general insurance information, have maintenance or architectural issues at your Unit, landscaping and grounds maintenance concerns, or in response to receiving a rule violation letter. If you wish to appeal a rule violation letter, please note that your appeal MUST be in writing (e-mail is fine) so that it can be forwarded to the Board of Directors for a decision. If Carol is not able to help you, you will then be referred to Jim.

If you have a question regarding your account balance, monthly statement, or payment information, contact Melissa. If your account has gone into collection status, then you should speak with Karen Majzner.

Karen becomes involved if your account has been turned over to an attorney for collection.
The Emergency After Hours Number is 952.936.4030. Again, this is an emergency number and should be used for that purpose only. All other concerns should be directed to Omega Management. Omega’s regular hours of operation are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday-Friday, however, you may leave a voicemail after hours.
