The perception of condominiums by visitors, including potential buyers, are generally framed by two things: garage doors and the grounds. (A little facetious, but not too far from the truth either.) How the grounds look is an important factor in contributing to overall curb appeal, and grounds maintenance is the single largest Operating expense in the Brandychase at Shepard Park budget. This requires the coordinated efforts of not only the grounds contractor who handles the lawn maintenance duties, but also specialty contractors to handle tree pruning and disease and insect control on trees and shrubs.
