Hello, this is James Young the owner of H2Overhaul. The association has decided to wash your complex starting March 30th of 2021. In order to accomplish this, we will need your cooperation the week your building is assigned to be cleaned. On the day of cleaning, please:
- Clear decks or patios of furniture, plants, doormats or anything leaning against the siding.
- Please make sure your windows are shut on the day of your cleaning or until your building has been cleaned. This will ensure that water isn’t sprayed in your house. If you can remove screens, do that as well.
