Residents are asked to move vehicles from all east-west residential streets on WednesdaySaint Paul Public Works will conduct citywide residential plow operations on Tuesday, December 3 and Wednesday, December 4 between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day. This is NOT a Snow Emergency.
Residents are asked to voluntarily move their vehicles off north-south residential streets on Tuesday and move vehicles from east-west residential streets on Wednesday. Normal parking rules will apply on all arterial (or main) streets throughout Saint Paul.
