Homeowners have access to an online portal through our system called AppFolio. This allows you to view your account information, review open work orders and follow up notes, review any rule citations, and download important Association information such as your governing documents or meeting minutes. Don’t have a log-in yet? Please go to AppFolio Sign Up to create your online account. You will need your email and unit information.
Once you have completed these steps, you will receive an email from AppFolio to set up your new username and password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your junk folder. If you need assistance with your AppFolio login, please contact clientsupport@gassen.com or 952.922.5575.

Assessment Auto-Payment
Are you interested in automatic payments of your assessments? You can complete the necessary form on AppFolio to authorize an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) each month. Homeowners can pay with checking or savings account for free or by a credit card for a fee.
